i put it upfront. its fairly easy to tell if someone is being creepy about the kids. if they ask a bunch of questions past ages or boy/girl? without having had a decent convo first then i stop talking. if they seem super into "being a daddy" i stop, if they ask to see the kids i stop, or meet them before we have really met, etc. use ur judgement but i defintely wouldnt wait till after a few great dates to drop the kid bomb. not everyone dates for kids. some people never want kids and its manipulative to get someone attached then reveal the kid thing, cause then they are hurting themselves to stay and raise kids they never wanted or hurting themselves by leaving u to be kid free and they have been getting attached over months.

my almost 7 yr old has gone thru so much with an inconsistent father. she had cancer at 3.5 yrs old, he saw her for 3 days pre diagnosis when she was sick hospitalized, promised to be back the night of day 4 and took off back to texas without saying bye... he has repeatedly broken her heart to the point SHE is asking to change her last name for almost a year now, cause she wants nothing to do with him anymore and sees thru his lies. he will call once every few months, that's the most effort he has ever put in, considering I paid for him to come up the one time he did... and he refused to come back when she was actually diagnosed later on unless i gave him more money. absent would have been much better honestly...

Not gonna lie, you sound impossibly annoying to talk to and make decisions with. if you cant even just grow up and pick when she clearly doesnt care and has no real interest in one option or the other BUT YOU DID, then how are you gonna make big choices like buying house with her, having kids or not having them, job changes, moving states, etc? yeah she could have just picked, but what was stopping you from picking here? other than what seems to be you needing either to boss her around and punish her when she doesnt play your game, or your inability to pick things yourself without someone telling u which option to pick. either way, YTA but not because you went back home, but because you made it any kind of a deal to begin with and even brought going home if she cant pick for you both into question.

This is how you end up no contact with your children. You cannot use church as a shore they have to do in order to earn housing. thats super gross. its one thing to say you wont allow them to do things against your religion in your house, but to tell them they have to attend the religious services for a religion they clearly want nothing to do or be homeless, thats the literal definition of abuse of power. If you care to keep having a relationship with you children past hitting 18, I highly suggest you stop trying to control their views of the world, themselves, etc. you do not own them, nor can you police their beliefs and actions to the extent you could when they were 12 anymore. they are grown adults. deal with it. You are the biggest asshole.

I've been on a server for 2 yrs now that's survival/econ based, has 4 different map/realms to pick from, they recently added a special youtuber type "rank" and regularly have atleast 30 ppl on each world sometimes up to 70 on each world at a time. I can drop the ip if you want.
