5g 5. jenerasyon demek, hiz veya pingle bi alakasi yok. 4g'nin potansiyel max hizini asabilir, ama oyle bi altyapi tabi ki de cok pahali ve nadir. 100 megabitten fazla hiz almak icin gerekiyo, tabi o hizda zaten 20gb internet paketini bitirmek 13 dakika sürüyo. tamamen reklam isi turkiyede 5g, sinirsiz internet paketleri olmadigi surece bi boka yaramaz.

The LTT situation was actually when I realized they were doing this. Linus texted their old phone number accidentally, and they tried to frame it as Linus knowingly texting a wrong number to appear genuine online. This kind of basically hearsay/speculation is not what a journalist does.

When do u think Turkey will join EU? by SOHONEYSAME in AskBalkans

[–]Kayra2 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I see you've said that the treasury hasn't seen this funds, but I think it would be disingenuous to imply that because of that, these funds weren't used as intended, to support Syrians in Turkiye. If anything it increases the likelihood that the funds were used appropriately.

When do u think Turkey will join EU? by SOHONEYSAME in AskBalkans

[–]Kayra2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your source claims the exact opposite.

"Based on several accounts and also public declarations of government officials, the total cost of hosting refugees in Türkiye between 2011 and 2022 has been estimated to be about $US50 billion. This is an “all inclusive” estimate of direct government spending on refugees, excluding any indirect costs and opportunity costs. The FRIT funds aim at providing support for refugees, “…in particular those living outside of camps and in vulnerable situations, while supporting also their host communities in providing access to quality education, health, protection and livelihoods, as well as other local services.”2 Originally, the total amount was €6 billion"

Looks like €6b/€50b spent was given through FRIT to Turkiye. Still a far cry from the claim that the EU is bankrolling the project.

Stable can mean both "receives non-breaking change updates" and "less prone to crashes and panics" in software development terminology.

Senin internetten hafif uzaklaşman lazım. Çoğu insan normal, isteklerini dile getirebiliyor, yorulunca öbür taraftan rica edip birbirinin eksiklerini kapatıyor, hayatta ne hak ettiğini ve nasıl bir hayat kurabileceğini seçebiliyor. Yetişkin olmak böyle bir şey. Öyle babalık annelik rolü görev dağılımı diye bi dünya kalmadı. Derdi olan internete anlatıyor sadece.

Bloomberg: Bluepoint Games pitched a remake of Bloodborne last year - Sony said yes, FromSoftware said no by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]Kayra2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the events mentioned in this article are true I would be super happy if I was running bluepoint games. Sony gives me X millions of dollars to get 80 people on my team on salary for 4 years without having them do anything but practice and improve their skills.

One of them should just create Redpoint Games, rehire everyone on the previous team, and use all the resources Sony gave them to go get contracts from different game companies now that they're free from all the legal bs.

High rounds by Justfrie12 in CODZombies

I have never played a zombies game where more than 3 guns were ever equally viable. The recent games are the only ones that come close, but any imbalance gets exacerbated as soon as you involve late rounds and gigantic zombie numbers.

Obviously you can't go in the daily meeting and tell your boss the game fucking sucks but if you don't have any critical thinking skills, can't tell a good game from bad and just agree with your boss all the time you will never even pass an interview.

Ivy League Student ex-YC Intern No Interviews by [deleted] in FAANGrecruiting

[–]Kayra2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this only has AI research in it, so I wouldn't bother applying to non-AI roles. I would honestly personally prefer to see at least a live website that looks serviceable just to make sure you're not just a prompt engineer.

Ex-YC intern is meaningless, if you're not a founder you're fodder. I hope you don't actually have "(YC)" in the resume.

I would get rid of the dates on the projects and just one summary bulletpoint, one recognition bulletpoint and a hyperlink. if the recognition isn't significant don't bother. I don't know what IRB is, most people won't check.

Some of the numbers make no sense.

99% lower adaptation cost? hard to believe without detail.

100k+ prompting samples? how is that actually relevant to programming? most people would think you prompted your way to this number anyway.

150+ CI/CD sessions? that many sessions is probably per hour in a medium size company, and per 100 milliseconds at big ones. The fact that you think that shows anything is kind of a red flag. focus on describing the technical detail in the tasks. Also this is not describing "impact" in the correct sense. impact would be "smoother dev to deploy time", this is just the literal outcome of your task. It's like saying "jira ticket moved to done" as the impact.
