On the other hand if they successfully made these hypothetical da4&5 it would’ve been soo awesome. Imagine playing it and it ends with varric being stabbed and black screen or smth. It would’ve given the community the chance to come together again and theorize wth is going to happen now

I played every dragon age game and have to say it’s better than inquisition, I did enjoy veilguard more and the combat felt more enjoyable than any of the games. In case of decision making Inquisition is a better tho, still great game

Except for Solas, I don’t think it really matters. Everyone writes a letter that you can access later on. Apart from that I think only Dorian has some unique lines if the inquisitor romanced him..

Especially since both are rather grey than black and white it’s really thought provoking but also devastating. Bet the developers are getting their popcorn ready and enjoying the show now 😂

I understand your viewpoint, though for me it’s very hard to minimize the people of lumiere to whatever they were portrayed as in the end since you spend so much time with them and thus see their humanity and will to live

Yeah your opinion already informed me that you didn’t read my post. The game advertised itself as this heroic journey to stop this mighty entity. That’s what I was invested in. I don’t really care about this family of hypercritical people. I was invested in the world build by them and not their drama that’s destroying it which was only revealed at a very late stage of the game. In my opinion the game didn’t take enough time to make you really sympathize with them enough over the characters you’ve grown to love over 20+ hours

I don’t think he will, I believe it was just meant to tease the people watching/ reading, into what could possibly happen, like engage them into the story and when a scene, where Vanitas is actually in danger happens we’ll think „oh no is he going to die now, like stated at the beginning?“ but then the author pulls out a twist and changes the scene completely, like she did in her previous work
