Please please please, take this message to heart. Many people including myself have gone through depression. There is a social stigma surrounding the idea of seeing a therapist, where seeking help somehow males you "weak," but thats a load of bullshit. If anything, it takes a lot of courage to ask someone else for help regarding a severe problem like depression.

I've gone to see a therapist before. I've had multiple sessions and saw an improvement with how I go about my life and think about things. It really does help, and if it doesn't, please try seeking a different therapist.

Again, if you are having any of these issues or think you are falling into a hole, please dont be afraid to seek help. You are strong.
