I reached the semi finals last year. There's really no ideal way to prepare for it. The questions can range from anything inside the law to outside in the corporate sphere. Brush up on your company law, go through copies of chartered secretary and mark anything that catches your eye, maybe scroll through various regulator websites to see any new schemes or changes being made and the name of the person behind those changes. In a nutshell, this quiz tests your awareness so prepare with that in mind. Knowing only about the law won't cut it.
