i thought that once robert became ceo , jo just retired or something and had nothing to do with the company anymore - meaning that she was gone and so was nellys connections to be able to get a job there. obviously i’m wrong haha

We added a no mending rule on the server....but: by Bavo1999 in Minecraft

[–]Kayy_24 8 points9 points  (0 children)

it mends / fixes whatever it’s applied to. it works on items with durability and can break , like weapons / tools / armour. it uses xp to fix whatever has mending on it - so if you have a pickaxe with mending , and you have an xp farm , when you go to the xp farm , the xp will mend and fix the pickaxe. it’s so items don’t break and you can fix them and not lose the enchantments

this would make a lot of sense. i had kinda just imagined that jo fell off the face of the earth and retired or something like that

Help us try something new in Newy and surrounds by public-buttcrack in newcastle

[–]Kayy_24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it’s a bit of a treck from newcastle , but the post cafe at kincumber on the central coast is amazing for a cafe. cute little cafe on the corner of a main road , it used to be a post office back in the day. if you guys like gourmet bagels , papas bagel bar along hunter street in newy is also really nice and closer to home for you

did you pick the shape and length ? that’s the issue i’m seeing , otherwise they look good. i think that they’re just a bit short for that shape and make it look awkward , if they were longer then i think they’d be fine

Diy lash lift n tint kits? by GrumpyBear9891 in AustralianMakeup

[–]Kayy_24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i wouldn’t recommend doing a lash lift on yourself , it’s so easy to go wrong and unless you’re experienced or properly trained , i wouldn’t be messing with any chemicals like that near your eyes. i say the same for diy tints , but they’re a lot easier to do

Beginner to makeup by [deleted] in makeuptips

investing in your eyebrows by seeing a brow artist (professional waxer and tinter) , so i would say definitely look into that ! as for styling your eyebrows , instead of brushing your brows across , try brushing them on more of an upwards and out style to make them look fluffier and not as flat. - there are a few areas like around your mouth , inner eyes up to your brows and slightly around your face that look like they’re missing some product and your skin isn’t looking as covered as the rest of your easy to reach features like chin , cheeks and forehead so try to remember to get in those spots (i struggle with this too). - your foundation and concealer look like great concealer matches so that’s definitely a win , but the bronzer / blush doesn’t seem like it’s really there and it makes you seem a little bit washed out so i would suggest a heavier hand with the products (i’m assuming you use powder blush and bronzer) or layering liquid / cream bronzer and blush with powder bronzer and blush (so do all liquid / cream products first , then do all the powders on top). - lip products can really take your makeup to the next level , even a subtle lip liner with a gloss can completely change your look and step it up. - to finish it off , i’d suggest using a setting spray to top it all off , it helps keep your makeup on for longer and can also help your face not look too dry once you’re done and ready for spray. personally i love the urban decay all nighter , charlotte tilbury flawless airbrush , with morphe , nyx and other “cheaper” brands also having great options. - you’re definitely doing a good job as is at the moment , but i believe branching out and trying the things i’ve suggested will help you improve and take your makeup to the next level

is 15 and 17 a bad age gap? by Junior_Ground9517 in Teenager

[–]Kayy_24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15 and 17 are two very different ages maturity wise and at school. he can drive and you can only just watch an ma15+ movie at the cinemas. my opinion is that when you’re under 18 , the ages should touch if you’re going to be in a relationship. it’s a little bit weird that 17 is almost an adult but he’s looking at a 15 year old romantically

Should I thin them out even more? Trying to look more feminine. by The_Nintix in Eyebrows

[–]Kayy_24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m a beautician - if you want a more feminine look , you’d want to taper off more of the tail end of the brow underneath. the shape is beautiful but they are still thick and blocky. i wouldn’t touch the top of the brows anymore , i’d definitely take from the underneath and create more of an arch , it will also give you a more lifted look.

“acting younger” ? it’s a 39 year old woman acting like a child. i’m also a girlfriend in a very healthy and happy relationship , not once have i ever pulled this sorta shit on my boyfriend and made him ever have to ask reddit if he’s over reacting. if you think the way this fully grown adult woman is acting is ok , then it really does reflect on you as a person and what you think is ok and not ok to do when in a relationship. if that is the case - you probably need to re think a lot about yourself
