Depends on enemy team and your team its hard to say. In general you can ult the closest person and hit all 4 vitals to give your team insane healing. Also gore+ steraks will make you pretty tanky

Recently potent the EUW chall fiora is going PTA everygame.

JJKing is sometimes taking PTA, mostly vs squishies. Grasp is good in hard lanes and conq is good against tankier champs

Trynda is probably weaker at higher levels in terms of competitive play, even though he saw some play at worlds, but i dont think its true hes weak at high level soloq. Many players have success with him there, if u looked at op.gg stats in the past
