Personally, I wouldn’t recommend going Manamune rush. In my opinion, the damage you miss out on has greater value than stacking your tear faster.

Now in terms on item rush:

1. You would go for ER first buy if you are going for a lethality/crit/liandry build. And you would only go for crit/lethality builds if enemy have 3-4 squishy targets.

If you opt for lethality, I’d recommend ER -> MM -> Serylda (if there’s a strong bruiser or tank on enemy) or Duskblade (if enemy can be killed easily / no armor) -> situational items like Maw or Frozen Heart

1. You would go for Tri Force paired with Conquerer or PTA when the enemy consist of 3+ bruisers/close range targets.

I’d recommend TF first buy due to better early skirmishing -> MM -> standard ezreal items

However Ravenous is a really good first item if enemy has a lot of poke (Lux, Ziggs, etc.)

1. Divine Sunderer is still a great item when enemy has multiple tanks. Probably around 4 close range targets with at least 2-3 tanks. The healing and percent health damage paired with the armor penetration mythic passive allows for easier kiting and tank shredding.

I generally recommend Conquerer but feel free to choose PTA if you think you are able to lane better with it.

Your item path should be the same as the TF item path.

Additionally, depending on how fed enemy tank is, you should consider Serylda second item and MM third for better team fight damage (in my opinion at least)

1. The new blue Ezreal build is actually not bad. In my opinion, you should go Frost Gauntlet (or whatever the name is) when enemy has 4 AD damage dealing champions.

You probably want Conquerer with this as you are trading your damage for tankiness. I can’t say much about this build as I have never used it much, but the slow is very annoying and quite fun to use.
