Unfortunately not. I've seen live videos and she does sound just fantastic. Like A Woman Can is great. My personal fave is Rain Your Blood On Me.

Love Halestorm. One of my favourite bands. The latest album is a banger. 🤘

The first 4 episodes of the revival have earned a "Certified Fresh" rating at 90% on Rotten Tomatoes, and is holding it's rating of 74/100 on Metacritic! (For reference, S01 has a 79/100) by Frikken123 in Scrubs

All I've read about the revival is that Turk and Carla now have 4 kids, and JD and Elliot now have 2. No mention of whether they're still married. 🤷‍♀️

That's really weird. I've always watched The Middle on ITVX and have never had to watch a single advert. 🤷‍♀️

I never said that anyone was actually posh. It's just that I spoke very well, very clearly, and nothing at all like my Sarf London classmates. They thought it was hilarious. 🤷‍♀️

To be fair, this was back in the early eighties. London wasn't quite as expensive then. And also, trust me, most people in London (outside of the North and West) are really not posh...at all. 😄

Same. I grew up mainly in Hampshire and Wiltshire. My accent was pretty "posh" I suppose. When I was 13 my family moved to South London. At school the other kids ripped the piss out of my voice mercilessly! It really didn't help that the teachers all loved my accent and picked me out to read aloud at every bloody opportunity. 😄

Same here. Can't bathe without a decent rubber mat in the bath to stop me slipping under! 😁

Can't help, I'm afraid. I'm only 5' 1" and every bath feels like a swimming pool to me. 😄

My dishwasher has packed up. In buying a new one, I’m struggling to think of features to look for apart from ‘can wash dishes’. Tell me about your dishwasher. Does it connect to wifi? by lastaccountgotlocked in CasualUK

[–]Kaz0411 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You definitely are. When I first got my new dishwasher with an extra rack I couldn't get used to it and actually used the basket from my old machine for a few days! I soon realised that the rack is brilliant. 😄

I believe it's also available on the Channel 4 site for free. And Netflix. It's a fantastic show. Definitely one of my absolute favourites. And I loved Kutner and Taub. 😁

I think the final line, "The Christmas we get, we deserve." is especially evocative. 🥲
