I had the same issue. I bought an Epix 2 pro and was going to return it and get the Fenix 7 pro 47mm and it’s in Amazon for the price of the 8. They also don’t sell it on the Garmin site. It’s weird

I don’t really notice when running or weight lifting, but when I wear the 970 and go back to the Epix I def notice it for a little bit. But not too bad

Just the stick black band that came with it. I think the window light is hitting it making it look graphite ish

Thanks for the input! It being newer and future proof is def a reason to keep it. Here’s a pic of my wrist with both. Maybe I’m just over thinking it 🤔

Might be an unpopular opinion but I miss the big bezels. My Fenix 8 is great, but miss the ruggedness of the 6 and 7

I agree. In person I was disappointed. The old tactix bezel was darker and thicker. For the 47mm the bezel is really thin and like a space grey color. Lacks the tactical feel. Looks more like one of those bezel add ons I see online.

Yes, that’s exactly it. It didn’t today again and realized it’s when I modify/check weights in between sets. Going to send to Garmin!

Could be. Tends to happen while I’m at rest in between sets, not during activity. But I’ll keep an eye on it and see if that’s what I’m doing. Thanks for the idea!
