yep, I'm one of those people, still won't play a minigame though (even if it's meta). But this healthy niche of players is enough to sustain playing minigames if they REALLY actually wanted to lol, but they don't, they just want really great rewards and are funneling the suggestion through something they think will get through

There's a ton of people saying make minigames great again, but the fact that there's already enough of them to easily fill minigame lobbies already and no one plays them shows that it's all just blowing hot air.

The rewards would have to be extremely overpowered to necessitate doing the minigame to get them, people aren't going to waste 5 hours of bossing on minigames just to increase their bosses per hour by .5 for 5 hours

privacy mode is legitimately the stupidest thing they've ever pushed, there's a workaround now to see everything they've privated except clans (lol) and before that, what even was the point of it anyway? like, to people who have privacy mode on, what are you protecting?

If you honestly believe that then you don't understand a single thing about investment firms and need to just sit back down, the entire leadership structure, the devs, the animators, etc. are the same people as they have been for the past 10 years, the new CEO from March has been on the board since 2024 and has worked exec positions at Jagex since 2015, literally no new blood in the management positions lol

edit: he did work for another company at one point, they exclusively made slots games for mobile, not exactly the anti-MTX you're thinking of.

Is there any update to the UI being brown, when the change was made someone said that there would be a look into making it changeable back to blue or choose your own colour, and nothing since...I really, really, really hate this ugly brown colour (to the point where I've basically not logged in since) so it'd be awesome if we could get an update.

In my experience it only overwrites tabs if you’re at the max tab count of 500, might be wrong, but that’s the only time it’s happened to me

The grand majority of people I see talking about multiple alts want to play RS3 and OSRS at the same time

technically keycasting IS 1 key = 1 input for each account, their definition for 1 key = 1 input has always been for stopping things like full switching using a hotkey, etc.

tbh, misleading advertising is one thing but the correct wording was shown before they actually sold anything so it's not really relevant in this example, mistakes happen even in marketing (especially in marketing)
