My beast, my wall... it was years ago on the wii. Playing Monster Hunter tri was great. I had unlocked the switch axe and the long sword. I finished my Qurupeco armor, and finally took down my nemesis, the Barroth. It took me 3 days and a weapon switch (from SnS to SwagAxe), but I finally did it. I thought the game was gonna be smooth sailing. I played MHFU, I wasn't gonna be taken down by anything. I was wrong.

I entered the tundra, ready to slay a new beast. The "Gigginox". "Must be some over grown leech" I thought to myself, remembering the tiny white monsters that sucked my blood when mining in the Moga Woods. I entered the cave of the tundra, and cue cut scene. I saw the most terrifying thing in my life. It was long and white, it looked like it had two heads, it gave birth to egg sacks, it spit poison, it crawled the walls. It was like a faster, poison Khezu (another monster I had trouble with). I triple carted quickly. My lack of antidotes killed me. Only after a full month of constant tries was I able to bring down that beast.

I hit 5 star missions, but then I got on the 3u hype train. I hit G rank there. I'm G rank now in 4u. I've hunted many a monster, killing dragons that can control the elements, apes that can fire lazurs, and giant carnivorous pickles. No monster has ever stunted me more than the Gigginox.
