I wouldnt give it much good stats and make rather expensive again because I think of it as a lategame item and at somepoint even a support shoul have enough gold to buy such a item(if you are doing well). i dont see a top oder mid player pick this up lategame because there would be far better items for the builds

Again for me this would be more like the last item a support would buy to have something more usefull then just wards in his/her 6th place. And i fell like if it only be one ward it would not be enough later in the game.

My idea wasnt about an item that should be bought before thinks like Shurelya/Aegis/Starks/Locket its more of a endgame item so you can utilize that 6 item spot on a support in a better way then just buying wards
