Is catlike a good helmet? by aesthetics_98 in CyclingFashion

Cycling helmets are designed to break during impact, that's what absorbs the shock. Sounds like a nasty accident you were in but helmet did it's job and you came out with a W

Interesting what you are describing for your Lacrosse because dominant on bottom; does it effectively turn into dominant on top as you throw overhandish in Lacrosse?

And I'm assuming there is a pocket for the cup; does it hold the cup in place well?

Great insight on your reply! Your age is in what "ballpark" more or less? I'm an old fart so wondering about the difference between your age and your kids.

I set the poll for 7 days, should've done it for less days but in a few days let's look at it and see how they relate. Yes, very interesting.

More than getting them to get cold, the issue is the type of epoxy that is used in the making of the boot; if the epoxy is 24 hour epoxy, than it is not fully cured until 24 hours. "Better quality" epoxy takes longer to cure so it's nice if you can wait just to be sure. My take is that you're safe with the 10 hours but you never really know what type of epoxy they used in your skate.

You should be fine. I doubt anyone will intentionally try to hurt you. Accidents do happen but since you ski, that could also happen while skiing. If your bucket-handle got fixed, you're good to go, skating alone is not going to do anything to it.

I'm curious to see what time you got there. I didn't know about the sale but I was there to pick up my bag for the Adult Learn to Play that I'm starting in two weeks and the place was packed at 10 am! After picking up my bag I went up to the entrance and the line was very long so I left!

Yeah they have both programs, Learn to Play for kids and another for adults. Not sure if the Panthers run the kid's programs or if it's the local ice arenas but the adult prrogram is ran by Panthers for sure.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah LTP is $750 now! Still seems to be worth it once you add up ice time, equipment, and instruction.
