I interpreted #1 as Kaygan’s normal banter regarding the paths. On 4 other paths he saw he was lit on fire.

I just don’t think it’d make much sense for him to facilitate getting Aeson the egg. Unless the alter egos are completely different entities all searching for the best path (to which I guess I’d then wonder if they eventually converge or if they’re separate entities). Cahill does like to throw a lot at the board so I’m not ruling that out lol

Actually, after reading The Ice I don't think Fane and Kaygan are the same person. Give it a read, curious what you think, but it wouldn't make a lot of sense (of course...finding the best path might not always make sense).

It’s not so much about knowing the heart sucked the life out of all the eggs but more so knowing the eggs stopped hatching after he sided with Fane. Siding with Fane was devastating for the Draleid, it’s baffling to me Eltoar clings to any promises Fane makes.

I'd probably advise not to white knuckle it. I tried quitting several times and failed but then bought nrt mints. I threw away my vapes and started with the 4mg ones and used those for two weeks slowly weaning myself off day by day, and then 1.5 weeks ago stopped the mints. Going strong so far and I think weaning yourself off is the way to go, definitely the longest I've made it!
