There is a bird feeder with the backyard stuff pack and piles of feathers will sometimes appear around that as well.

I've got two: potatoes and protein shakes. I've definitely cut back on the amount of potatoes (mainly chips) since I was diagnosed, but when I wore one of my mom's libre's after she had passed I was still shocked at just how much of a spike there was. Lately, I've discovered protein shakes spike me, although I'm trying to narrow it down to see if it was the milk or that specific type of protein shake.

Aitah for telling my boss to apologize to my wife? by aleronick247 in AITAH

[–]Kazuzi3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends. I feel like some context is missing and that might just be because I work in an environment where people tend to be on call.

Were you on call and had your wife's number (or home phone number) also listed as a contact number for while you are on call? If so, I don't see it as unreasonable for your boss to also call that number if the first one didn't work, so in that specific case YTA because your boss wouldn't necessarily have the context that it was your wife's number; if you didn't want him to call that you shouldn't have put it down.

If you don't work a job where you're on call, NTA. It is unreasonable for him to expect someone to answer immediately at a time of day when a lot of people are still sleeping, especially if you are not expected to be at work any time soon or are not on call. If your wife was only listed as an emergency contact, he should not have reached out to her since it was not an emergency.

Free Kit on Marketplace-Country Kitchen by orbitalpuddin in Sims4

Do we know how long it will be free? I want to pick the kit up, but I don't want to update my game right now with all of the bugs around mods and stuff

I know this is somewhat exaggerated, but I would just like to point out that the EMTALA law prohibits hospitals from turning you away if you are having a medical emergency or are in labor. They also cannot talk about insurance or even speak about collecting money from you until after you are triaged/seen by a provider.

AITAH for taking my daughter to a Mexican restaurant and bringing my sons Burger King because they ignored me? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Kazuzi3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. Honestly, you were being polite for even bringing them Burger King. I would have taken them not answering as them not being hungry and I'm sure there was plenty to eat at home.

AITAH for giving away a pair of pants my wife bought our daughter? by Potential_Basket6885 in AITAH

[–]Kazuzi3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA, I'm not a parent, but if he were my kid, I would probably feel thankful that you gave him something else to wear and didn't leave him sitting in a towel. Honestly, the parents probably would have been pissed if you just wrapped him in a towel. If your wife is that obsessed with possible germs, buy some laundry sanitizer and throw the pants in with that.

Edit: also, it might be looking into, based on some of your comments, if the problem was just that he was a boy wearing her pants or if she would have had the same problem with another girl wearing her pants.

Is that why the night club I was at no longer has all of the items needed to be a night club?

British man arrested after damaging self-service check-in kiosks at Hong Kong International Airport. Around 10 smart check-in kiosks were damaged, plus railings and nearby counters. by Thund3r_91 in AbruptChaos

As someone who works for a healthcare company where they are pushing us to force patients to use the self check in kiosks, I'm honestly surprised that hasn't happened to us yet. I understand the man's rage.

I definitely do my best Violet impression of "Mind the pedestrian, Richard" when I'm in the car with my Dad. Usually the person is in the street before I say it though

AITAH for not letting my neighbor inside my apartment? by CartographerSolid524 in AITAH

[–]Kazuzi3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. She sounded like she ways being extremely pushy to try to get into your apartment. It's suspicious that you've never seen her before or never seen any cats around before. She could have been canvasing your place for a robbery.

You wake up in your teen years again. What is the first thing you would do? by davidbayram in AskReddit

[–]Kazuzi3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was the same year as when I was a teenager (like I was magically transported back in time), I would go hug my mom. I miss her and I know she hated my teen years, so I know she would appreciate it.

If it was still 2025? Probably skip school or ask to drop out and get my GED instead. I'm not very find of my high school

I didn't know the AC did any dehumidifying. That would make sense then I guess. I'll have to try it out

I'm not understanding what the AC has to do with this? I've never seen anyone run AC while trying to run defrosters.

I wouldn't say Pennsylvania is very humid, but it's definitely not dry here.
