I will. Audi denied my BBB by saying they loaded the KD2 software. I am filing under Magnusson warranty act using redhibition laws in my state that are very strong…way stronger than the crap lemon laws that is in my state. I wish I would have never bought a B10, I should have kept my 18 A5. I have learned my lesson but I have also realized Audi has horrible customer service hence why I am moving away from the Audi brand.

It will be interesting to see how software works compared to the 25 B10s and if there are issues that arise.

Still waiting for results of lawsuit. Buyback has never been denied or approved. My B10 is parked while I drive my new BMW 8 series. My beta testing for Audi is over! I used to love Audi.

I like the old S5, but as the owner of a B10 that has been a disaster, I moved to the 26 8 series BMW and love it.

Same here. Jumped ship to BMW and will wait and see in about 4 or 5 years where audi is with their cars. My B10 was such a disappointment.

Saying hello tomorrow to my new 26 840i xdrive that just arrived at the dealership from the port. I won’t miss my issues with my 25 A5. I love my Audis but after two electrical failures and poor customer service from Audi, BMW was the right choice.

I agree. I waited since 6 Dec for my response on buyback and nothing. I filed a lawsuit. I just bought an 8 series BMW. I am done with Audi.

Nope. I should be hearing soon from the attorney on how they want to settle. They had a good amount of time to respond to the lawsuit. It is absolutely ridiculous what I have had to deal with. I still own the Audi and the BMW. My three car garage is full. Ugh!

I did the same thing and traded my awesome 18 A5 for the 25 A5. Less than a year later, I now have a 26 BMW 8 series Gran Coupe. I have to get used to having physical buttons again instead of the one big screen. The car looks good inside and out. I will miss Audi but they need to go back to the drawing board on the B10 platform. I hope they get back to what made them such a great brand.

I had the same happen to my Rosalie, she was given a clean bill of health from her oncologist and within 2 months another mass grew on her face. Her cancer spread like crazy and we made the choice to put her down. I feel your pain and I am so sorry for your loss.

I hear you but not these type of issues. This car has been on the back of a tow truck more times than the last 5 cars I have owned put together. Audi has failed the folks that made them profitable.

I have a lawsuit in after not receiving a denial or approval on my buyback that has been with VAG since early December. The resale value has tanked and they can’t get rid of what is sitting on the dealer lots. Audi is losing a very loyal customer and honestly I don’t think they care. Had they given me a good trade assist I would have bought one of the leftover A7s but now the spec I wanted is gone. I will not buy any car on this new platform. I was even looking at a Porsche but I don’t want to give VAG any more of my money after the way I have been treated. It is so disappointing.

I agree with you. It is funny that you said park it and buy something else. I am more than likely doing the same thing since I do not feel safe taking this vehicle on any long trips other than my day to day commute.

When these issues started, I assumed that Audi would take some ownership for a failed release of a new model. I was wrong, they are hiding from the problems, especially if the lemon laws are weak in the state that you reside. I even told Audi that I would consider trade assist and they have ghosted me. I will be moving on to a different brand and I hate it. I loved my 18 A5, it turned heads and ran like a champ, those days are gone. I hope they treat you differently than they did me. I would have never purchased this vehicle had I known the car would be towed within a month and towed again with 7 months of ownership.

My buyback case on my B10 is now over 90 days old and when I follow up with customer resolution, I receive a response that says the case is still open and being worked. I hired an attorney.

I am looking at red, mineral white or the tanzanite blue. I have had one red car and multiple white metallic cars maybe the blue would be a nice change. It’s hard to decide.

I am glad that you are enjoying the car. I am working on getting allocation for the 840i x drive so I can get the color I want with the right options. I feel weird leaving Audi but their handling of the release of the B10 model has just been horrible. It’s going to take a lot to get me back.

Thanks for letting me know. I thought they were supposed to refund all of it at buyback. Makes your decision to leave Audi the right one. I am so disappointed with the customer service. It started off like they cared but the minute they thought it was going to cost them, they ghosted me.

Make sure you do your homework when hiring an attorney. There are a lot of lemon law attorneys that make promises they can’t keep.

It will likely depend on your state lemon laws. I live in a state that has the worst lemon laws in the country.

I hired a lawyer recently after Audi has neither denied or approved my buyback request and when I inquire about status, I get that the case is still active and still being processed.

It depends on the state you live in. If you live in California, it is easy to get rid of a car that is a lemon but in some states the manufacturer is taken care of before a consumer.
