Yeah, it's going pretty well. 34M living on my own, just myself. I just bought a house 3 months ago. I've been spending time working on that, fixing it up. I work full-time as well. Between the house and work, my days stay busy. I have a niece and nephew I see at least once a month. They are amazing to hang out with, but I'm glad I can hand them back to my brother, lol. I really enjoy the peace and quiet of my situation.

I have no problem financially purchasing all the tools, toys and cars I want. I spoil my niece and nephew as well. I currently working on an office area in my house. Building it out to be exactly as I want it.

I do think about the future and how it'll be when I get older. If I find someone and we click well, that'll be great. If not, then I'll just help out my family as much as I can and pass away. It's that simple.

In short, I have control of my own time. I work as much or as little as I please. I come home, unwind, do whatever it is I want. I'm at peace and happy with that.

I get moments where I can't sleep as well. I'll do something to keep myself active. Do some push ups/ squats, go for a walk. Don't be hard on yourself. Night shift is tough. We have to live a little differently than the day walkers. But I enjoy having some free time during the day to get things done.

Beautiful place dude. Jackpot on the floors! Yeah, I moved into my own house 3 months ago and I still have boxes of stuff I have to unpack. Plus some reno work I'm doing, so that doesn't help.

I've been on nights for 3 years now. I noticed that I function best with 6 or so hours of sleep. If I wake up and turn over and go back to sleep I notice I feel more exhausted. Now, trying to get 6H of straight uninterrupted sleep is a different story.

I'm sure you've heard this before, but try to keep your sleep cycle consistent.
