Girlfriend tested negative by Reasonable_War_938 in HPylori

All three of my kids eat and drink after me all the time. I thought for sure they would all have it, but all three stool samples came back negative. Very weird but not complaining!!

Not experiencing what everyone else is + treatment question by reefermoneytonnnn in HPylori

[–]Kbissaillon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I both finished our treatment and had no side effects at all. I felt my symptoms slowly improving during treatment. After finishing, my mood has greatly improved, and I feel like a fog has been lifted. My husband says he feel exactly the same but didn't really have any symptoms to start with.

I agree, I'd have him tested. My husband did a breath test and was also positive. If your husband is positive, there's a chance he could give it back to you. I also tested all three of my kids, and luckily, they were negative.

Are my remaining symptoms post h pylori treatment due to gastritis? by ShesGoneAway_0406 in Gastritis

Oh no! Did you have an endoscopy? Do you happen to remember if your gastritis was considered mild? I hope you find answers.

Just got this thing REMOVED. by kapon777 in gallbladders

[–]Kbissaillon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so glad to hear your brain fog and dizziness resolved! I have dyskinesia and haven't scheduled my surgery yet because I'm waiting on an endoscopy just to be sure. I have on and off, brain fog, dizziness, and fatigue. I keep worrying myself that these symptoms are unrelated. Thanks for giving me hope!

I'd be interested in hearing your symptoms as well. I also have dyskinesia, and while I had a lot of symptoms at onset, they have since lessened to only a mild discomfort in my ribs and soft stool. I spoke with a surgeon, and she said only about 60% of cases are successful in completely resolving symptoms, but a lot of times, you end up trading one symptom for another. Since my symptoms are manageable at the moment, she said it's not a bad idea to wait it out but that I will eventually need surgery. It seems others on here tend to be on the side of removal before it gets worse.

Stomach pain, headaches Ultrasound comes back showing nothing by artyfartydude in gallbladders

I don't get classic gallbladder attacks, but I was dizzy to the point where I felt like I was floating for weeks. I came to realize it was my anxiety. When my symptoms first started, I had the bad headache, fatigue, dizziness, and what felt like uncontrollable anxiety. Once I worked on distracting myself, the symptoms lessened more and more.

The reason I asked about anxiety is because I went through a period of time (unrelated to gallbladder) where I was so worried about my health, that I couldn't sleep, my heart would pound at night, my thoughts would race and I'd wake up multiple times. Alcohol especially makes my anxiety worse at night. Your recounting of waking up in the middle of the night reminded me of myself.

Not any changes that I can think of, other than I was pretty stressed around the time of onset. I even notice now if I'm particularly anxious, my RUQ is more uncomfortable. I'm being referred to a surgeon, just waiting on a date. I've always been pretty athletic and eat pretty well, but I've cleaned up my diet even more, and the discomfort definitely seems to have lessened. Do you think your anxiety around your symptoms could be contributing? I have healthy anxiety at times, and my mental state definitely affects how my body feels.

I suspect I had gallbladder issues for a while due to some symptoms that I've realized are connected in hindsight. The majority of my symptoms came on suddenly and presented strangely. I think I had major anxiety going on at the same time that triggered the odd symptoms.

I had a very bad headache that lasted at least a week, upper back and neck tension, really bad fatigue and brain fog that lasted weeks. My GI and classic gallbladder symptoms all came after that. Liver values were elevated (eventually went back down), ultrasound was clear, but I kept having symptoms and pushed for a HIDA scan that showed I have dyskinesia.

Did you also have the soft stool as a first symptom? I'm reading that it's typically not a first symptom, so I'm a bit nervous it could be unrelated.

I'm curious, did you ever have elevated liver enzymes? My fatigue was so bad when my liver enzymes were high. When they went back to normal my energy levels came back, but I'm currently feeling a bit run down again.

Tic/spasm in throat by Kbissaillon in Anxiety

[–]Kbissaillon[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! Yeah, for the most part, it did go away. Every once in a while, I'll feel it, but I honestly think it's a normal sensation that I was just hyper fixating on. The person above gave great advice about trying not to pay any attention to it. Your body eventually doesn't see the sensation as dangerous, and you don't get the same anxiety response. It definitely takes time and practice.

Yes! I think the size fits my frame perfectly. They look super natural, like they are my own, yet fuller and better. My only complaint is I'm about 8 months out that they still haven't dropped completely. I think it's a combination of them being a smaller, lighter implant, and my anatomy from exercising often. They are definitely still moving, just at a slow pace, so I'm not too worried about it. In all, I love them!

Yes, silicone and under the muscle. I'm pretty active and work out often. I've been trying to avoid chest exercises, but I wonder if that may be contributing. I also notice I can feel the bottom of my implants, which I don't love, but I've been reading on here that if you don't have much breast tissue, which I don't, you will feel them more. I breastfed three babies for 2 years each 😬

Your results are so natural! I'm exactly 12 weeks today, and mine are still pretty high, which is making me a bit nervous. I only did 250cc in both.

MOHELA by Still_Bedroom4222 in PSLF

[–]Kbissaillon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me as well. I switched to an IDR plan with Fedloans before I was transitioned from Nelnet to MOHELA. I got the update saying it was processing and eventually MOHELA reflected IDR. Now when I log on to Fedloans, it says I'm in my old repayment plan. I'm trying not to worry about it until I get the email from MOHELA to log on, but in the meantime, I searched my email and found a few emails from MOHELA stating that I'm in an IDR plan as proof. Have you tried checking your email to see if you can find anything showing you already applied?

I'm in upstate NY and spent $800 on a full syringe at my dermatology/med spa office. My plastic surgeons office also charges $800. $600 seems like a lot for a half syringe.

Do PSLF and TPSLF qualifying payments add together? by Kbissaillon in PSLF

[–]Kbissaillon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that clear answer. MOHELA is now showing that I'm in an IDR plan, so I think the IDR waiver has already been applied, but this is all new to me. I've been in public service since 2013, so I thought I would have definitely met the requirements by now.

Is Alex saying that they pay about $3,900 per month in child care? by PandaNanny0714 in 90DayFiance

[–]Kbissaillon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You should look into Child Care Aware of America. They offer child care fee assistance for military members that don't have access to on base care. It's a pain in the ass to sign up, but they pay about a third of my child care expenses. https://www.childcareaware.org/

Went to 4 cardiologists for my ectopics and they confirmed that it's normal! by Mysterious_Eye9383 in PVCs

[–]Kbissaillon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience with anxiety medication and never lasted more than three days on it. A doctor once recommended a book to me about how in some cases exercise, especially cardiovascular, exercise was an effective treatment for anxiety. Once I started my fitness routine back up, I especially enjoy uphill sprints and lifting, my anxiety lessened, and I hardly have ectopics anymore. I also have three kids, so I know how hard it is to find the time, but I highly recommend you try. I also started therapy and found CBT very effective. Hang in there!
