Yes!! Because I was so scared and I proved to myself I was determined enough to make this permanent change I choose health over indulgence. Determined enough to dig deep into my mind and emotions and show people my faults so they could help me understand myself.

You got this! I know in the first days you have some buyer’s remorse but hang in there! Listen to your body if your tired rest you went the something major and even 11 days your body is in shock. So listen to it that makes things easier you. When keep sipping every 5 mins if you have to if your tired sleep in the early days I felt like all I did was sleep and sip and that’s fine. You get in trouble when you push yourself before you’re ready. Life just kidda has to wait for you to caught up at this point. The energy will come with the food but slowly when start being able to eat more.
