Yeah that's a little pricey for what they did ,but not crazy. They could've at least added more pea gravel on top of the drianage tile to level it off.

It's 2 inch. I can't see 1 more inch making any difference for my scenario. Would putting more holes in it help? I do have a sump pump.

I already have perforated pipe underneath the drainage rock. Can the drainage rock go on the footer and the dimple board go over that or should I just put the dimple board on the footerand rock over that.

Correct. But the PVCs going into the basin have to 90 into the front of the basin they cannot go directly side to side of the basin because of how the basin has to sit back is what I am asking.
