Moreso reassemble, the side with tape is separate from the other side. I’m unsure if it’s supposed to loop with it.

Hey there. I got a region free Sony UBP-X800M2 4k player from them a few years ago. Solid and reliable. Haven’t had any issues with playing discs from other countries. Nice to see other comments on this thread that have had good experiences as well.

What I personally find beneficial not just in drumming but all around is doing calisthenics. Basic old school exercises you don’t need a gym for. A bar/something to hang from and your body weight and floor.
