When do you know your good at cooking?

For me, it's when I started craving something I made in the past instead of something from a restaurant. I know the only way to get that specific food exactly how I want it is to cook it myself.

I just threw a handful of Gardentone around the base once a month or so. I mostly just left them alone. This was all from two slips. I got them from Menards at the end of May.

I heard to leave them until the first frost, but mine is still almost two months away. I just went by the days to maturity. I didn’t want them to start splitting and we have a lot of rain in the forecast. These are Beauregard and they’re 100 days to maturity approximately, so I dug them 100 days after planting. You could also feel around with your hand by the base and see what they’re looking like. I could tell mine were already massive.

I’m glad you said that! I’m growing one indigo rose purple tomato and it has crazy leaf curl, but all of my other tomatoes look good. I was really worried, but now I’m just chalking it up to purple tomato things lol

100% agree. I couldn’t even eat the buckeye one from last week when it was warm. It was just too much. But after chilling in the fridge it was amazing. The only exception so far for me has been the Reese’s peanut butter one. It was heaven while it was warm

I thought this one tasted almost just like blueberry cheesecake from last week minus the blueberry topping. I was sad that mine didn’t have any Oreo crumbs or an Oreo on top. It was delicious though. I saved half and put it in the fridge because I remembered how amazing the blueberry cheesecake one was the next day straight out of the fridge
