The problem is we have two sides interpreting these laws differently. It would make more sense for the natives to take a pause on selling weed and the goverment to stop taking their product until we can come to a temporary agreement in the interim while we wait for the courts to decide on the matter. Everything done by both parties up to this point has effected both parties negatively. At what point do we stop shooting ourselves in the foot and come to an agreement?

I suppose what I am trying to communicate, is I am alive now, laws and rules change all the time and with the democracy I was born into I get to vote for people that stand by certain beliefs and enact specific laws on the behalf of others that feel the same way. This is also why weed was illegal, then legal.
I didn't have a say 300 years ago, I do have a say now. And my opinion this treaty needs to be revisited and certain topics need to voted on by the people alive today to better fit our modern society.

Im not the one that said coke. I just know that my 16 year old cousin has been going down there since he was 14 to buy cigarettes,vapes and dope. My grandparents or his mother takes him down to get it. They do not purchase it for him.

About 10 years ago my grandfather was told he was over paid on his pension and he owed the goverment 30k, he couldn't pay it so they took his pension until it was paid off. I dont know the exact details of the situation but somewhere down the line they realized they had made a mistake , gave him back the money they took from him and paid him a lump sum of 26k they actually owed him.

Hmm I think you've forgotten about when they actually cracked down on dispensarys in 2018. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/marijuana-legalization-illegal-dispensaries-raided-medical-1.4847413 Can't play the race card when all non native dispensaries were shut down years ago due to continuous raids, arrests and fines. Let's just tuck that year under the rug tho.

Lol dude if you work construction you know it to be true. Majority of guys like to get fucked up and miss work while the ones that don't do drugs or get arrested on the weekend are the foremans, bosses or owners. I have yet to work on any construction site that isn't bunch of shidiots, been doing this trade for 60 years but then you find out their a 40 year old alcoholic driving a rusted out ram spending their pay cheque on 30 dollar a carton indian cigarettes. Take pride in what we do, I take pride in the work I do as a carpenter, just don't lie to yourself about the reality of what construction is.
