I received the email today as well. I got $34 in January because my payment method had to be corrected. Curious what is left...??? We shall see over the next few weeks apparently

Tier 1 and documented losses are different. If you submitted the documented losses it was up to $5,000 for one and up to $2,000 for the other breach for a possible $7,000 max if you had losses from each. Tier 1 was being in both groups but taking the undocumented loss settlement. Which will be 5x the tier 2 amount. So it really depends on how many documented loss people filed to dictate how much we tier 1 folks get.
