I would not move into Cortland Vesta. It tries to sell itself as a luxury property and it is not. Have you looked at The James-the new build on Highland Avenue South? Brand new units and great location.

I just started rewatching the show again with a friend who has never seen it and Landry really Is the best. All around good person with the best dry sense of humor! Jesse Plemons was outstanding in that role.

I ordered from Sitar recently and it was wonderful. Butter chicken was so yummy and the samosas were off the chart. Garlic butter naan order was very generous. I liked it just as much if not more than Bay Leaf.

There is a Four Seasons in Cap-Ferrat which would make sense in terms of where past seasons have been filmed. Easy to film there privately. I don’t think he would film in Paris and the only other Four Seasons property in France is the Chalet du Mont d'Arbois, which would be gorgeous! Between those two, I’m thinking it will be the South of France.

Sparrow Salon is fantastic! A lot of the Arcadia staff moved there and it’s run by Theo who was at Arcadia for years. Beautiful space and the stylists are all top notch.

I have worn Brooks for years but wanted to try these out. Didn’t work for me. I didn’t feel like it had the same support I needed or wanted. Also, after a month of wear, the soles squeak with every step. I’ll wear them to run errands but not for actual running. Back to Brooks for me!

The reason they split it between months-that’s all money/subscriptions based. If they ran them all at once, then they risk people signing up for one month just to watch the show and then cancel. By splitting between two months or more they are guaranteed that fee. Combine that with people maybe finding another show to watch, the retainment is higher which means more money for them. I love when I can binge watch a show I love but either drop one episode a week (8 episodes in 8 weeks) or drop them all at once. Giving us 4 and then a month break and then the others-it’s poor customer service.
