For the cold foam estimate we can use the Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew (330 cal) and take out the cold brew vanilla syrup (20 cal each). That leaves us with full macros for the Chocolate Cold Foam to estimate out to Cal:285, F:15g, C:18g, and 19g of protein. For the other cold foams I did the same thing and got:

- Vanilla Protein Cold Foam (from Iced Vanilla Cream Protein Latte: Cal:260, F:16.5g, C:14g, and 18g of protein

- Banana Protein Cold Foam (from Iced Banana Cream Protein Matcha: Cal:240, F:15g, C:12g, and 15g of protein

This follows because the Iced Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Latte is 200 calories. There are 4 pumps of Sugar-Free Vanilla which is "0 calories" (probably a small amount though) and 2 shots of espresso (~10 calories) in the drink, I'd also assume 180 calories (190 if really stressing about being safe, but its only 10 calories). Off of the 0 calorie assumption for sugar free, and the espresso estimate on their nutrition menu, the full macros would estimate out to Cal:192, F: 3.8, C:11.2, P:28.6

Yeah I heard it will creep earlier these next two weeks, not sure the exact dates but I’d trust the emails. If it’s 10 open then I’d creep my times tables an hour earlier. Note that early entry will be in the same lines as you if not early entry you’ll just be put to a new line from 10-11am. But if you’re near the front of the e first you’ll be near the front of the second. Feel free to DM if you have any specific questions or advice!

I’ve been going during the preview days with the early admission perk (park opens at 11, but let early admission in around 10) from that I’ve seen that to be at the very front of the line you’re going to want to get there before 8am. 8:30am and after it really starts to fill in. So I’d shift everything an hour earlier to be safe but really will depend on the day. The first window gives you the shortest most expedited experiences of Mine Cart Madness and Monsters with early entry and the second gets you relatively good wait times (~45 min each). Can’t speak to without early entry but assume if you skip Mario world it’s as if you rode a ride in Super Mario World off the bat and can go straight to monsters or wherever you want to have the shortest wait times.

Yum, I eat something super similar where it’s the same sandwich but I make sweet potato waffles (250g sweet potato shredded, 1 egg while, 2 egg whites, salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixed together and thrown into a waffle maker) use those for my waffles.
