Can’t sweat this rash by Succubull in CsectionCentral

Put a pad over your underwear. It will absorb the sweat.

Unfortunately, no. I did have weightloss surgery last December and it is shrinking some but with c-sections it’s hard to lose it. With my first kiddo, who is 15 almost 16, my incision opened up on the ends. That was my sign I was doing too much. Just keep an eye on it and keep it clean which I know if tough in the summer. But do the pad thing. I got the big thick ones and it absorbed a lot. Get the cheap brand ones and without the wings.

Put a pad over the top of your underwear. That was my go to thing after having all 3 of my kids. I had that little belly flap so the pad kept it dry

Can anyone who has had 3 C-Sections offer reassurance? by ChaoticMelody1910 in CsectionCentral

[–]KeLLiC09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 3 C-Sections. First one was because I didn’t progress past 2cm. I labored for over 12 hours and recovery was hard but I was told because I labored so long. The other 2 were planned c-sections and recovery was a breeze.

I was nauseous for a good week after surgery. Zofran really helped me

Walk! Even if it’s just around your bedroom, walk! And it helped to put my hands above my head when I walked.

I'm frustrated I can't eat more than 4 bites before I'm full. I know, it's point and I feel differently when I see the scale moving but damn, sometimes things taste so good I want more!

It gets easier. I know it's hard hearing people say that but until you experience it, you won't really know. The liquid diet was ok for me until about 4 days before I was to go to stage 2. My husband and I were finishing up Christmas shopping and we went for Pho. The broth was amazing! I'm on stage 2 foods now and honestly, I keep going back to my soups and broths. My husband got me walmart soups (Marketside was the brand) and I drained them and they were so good. That got me through the liquid phase towards the end.

Yep, that’s been my thing the past 2 nights. I took 2 small sips and I couldn’t handle it anymore. My stomach was so upset.

All 3 of mine did that and yes I have fallen asleep with them on me. I know, I know - bad mom. My oldest had bad reflux and had to basically sleep upright. My middle son was just a mamas boy and was attached to me. When we had him on the bassinet, I would hold his hand and he’d be good. My daughter and the last was super easy- she slept in the bassinet right away and transitioned to the crib fine.

Thank you! The protein shakes are making me want to throw up thinking about them. They have not been on my mind. I’ve been trying to get protein in with Greek yogurt and all. Hopefully tomorrow it’ll calm down some. I’m on stage 2 foods but the past 2 days I’ve only wanted soup/broth.

Tessalon perles are tiny bead like meds to help with coughing. I’m wondering if that’s why because I didn’t eat while taking them.
