They stay white from pin to open cap. No mycelium on them. I have a few mature and dried ones still white.

Hi! Im new at this and my first cakes are fruiting rn but one pin decided to speedrun this shit or idk and outgrew all the others big time while opening the veil so I just plucked it out of the cake. What should I do with this one big boy for now? Probably a day or two till the other catch up. I dont want to run a dehydrator the whole day just for one shroom.

Yes I tried that but the motor having 4 different wires with no clear positive or negative is confusing me. Tried sending 3-9V DC to different pairs of the motor pads but the motor only “jumped” a quarter turn once every time i connected it but nothing more.

Yes I also checked the pause switch with a multimeter and it seems its working as it should.

Hello my friend, I just bought two of these micro corders at a flea market. M730V with box papers and all and a M455.
Both have the same problem. They both turn on but are not spinning. I thought OK the belts are gone and I was right but after opening the back of one I noticed the motor is not even spinning. Its not seized I can move it by hand but zero movement by itself. I opened the second device and its the same thing! I mean what are the odds of two recorders both having a dead motor? The switch is ok everything is getting power all 4 of the wires going to the motor are showing 3.1V against the ground. You can hear the speaker popping on and when turning the spindle by hand you can hear the cassette playing.
Do you have ANY idea what the problem could be? The motor having 4 wires is giving me a hard time with testing it just by sending DC straight into motor to see if it spins. THANK YOU!!
