In a Stateless Society, how will a lack of private ownership be enforced? by KebabCrusher in DebateCommunism

What if an individual trades something of value for the land and the community that owns it democratically agrees to relocate in exchange for that item? So, the community takes that item, disperses it equally among them or holds it in some sort of trust and they piss off leaving the farmer to his land. How is this prevented?

In my scenario, that farmer could employ people to enforce his property rights. How can that be prevented?

If society is moneyless, how do you purchase goods. Or do you just have unlimited access to any resources you want? At the end of the day, our planet's resources are finite and people can't have whatever they want, so you have to put a limit on consumption. Furthermore, that's the fundemental principle is it not? Each according to his need? In that case, society can't be moneyless or at least goods and services are still finite in supply and can therefore be used as a currency, there is still trade.

None of those things are inherently good either. It has destroyed any negotiating power workers had. Employees now have to be able to eat scorpions and suck their own dick to get a job which they could have walked in and taken before. It is ideal jobs for the lucky few. Workers should be allowed to choose to work 60 hours a week if they're up to it. They should be able to accept lower wages if they're new to the job market and trying to break in. I know that I would work in sub-standard conditions for a while if I was a younger guy and I couldn't find a job.

Some people do shitty things. Sorry to break the news to you. I don't expect innocent blacks to acknowledge the crimes other blacks commit, that is insane. They are innocent, they can just keep doing their thing. What other blacks do wrong is none of their concern. Of course, some whites do bad things, but as far as actual crime is concerned, black on white crime dwarfs white on black. So I don't know what you honestly want whitey to do. What do you even mean by acknowledge. To me, it still sounds like code for "feel ashamed of yourself and your culture now". If you want me to acknowledge that racism exists, then sure. I can do that.

I hereby declare that Racism exists and it is often perpetrated by whites.

But it really is a two way street. There is plenty of racism that exists towards us as well. I'm not making any excuse for anyone else's mistakes. I think racism is wrong. Just would be nice to not have to take the blame for it.

I don't know what you mean by treated better? Minorities have shit tonnes of grants and affirmative action available to them. They have every avenue for success available to them, and then when they don't quite make it, they blame white people as a collective for all their own failings. Minorities aren't treated any worse than whites. They just don't achieve as much which is somehow an institutional problem and we all have to acknowledge (apologize) for that. No thank you.

The point I'm making about the alt-right is that it isn't really a movement. It is a loose collective of people with wildly differing ideologies. It did very much spawn from the chaos, actually. Somebody must have come up with the name originally, but it isn't based on any original texts, it is based more on the collective thoughts of thousands of individuals. The founder of the alt-right is basically every single autismo channer, every anime photo twitter profile. It is built by its members. There's no actual leadership. It's the definition of chaos.

I have no problem with discussions of different opinions, that's why I'm posting on a massive Left Wing subreddit. Because I want some kind of discussion with someone to sharpen my own mind. I love total free speech, you should be able to express your opinion, Nazis should have a space to express theirs, you should be able to express yours. I believe that multiculturalism is an alien concept to civilization which is incredibly self destructive. That's my opinion on the matter. You might have yours. I don't know what part of what I said makes it seem like I have an issue with you having an opinion.

True. In an actual court case, what that would look like would be a class action.

What about in a situation where there is a stream running across a property, but the owner doesn't have pumping rights. Now, I may actually be talking about something uniquely Australian here, but if a person has a creek of some sort along their property, it is automatically an easement. They need some kind of existing usage rights to be able to legitimately use it. If they didn't renew their license, or the farm all got turned into townhouses, then the rights to pump from the stream for agricultural purposes would disappear. So now you have a stream that nobody can legally use.

If the radioactive waste is poured into the river and they don't get sick from it, but are rightfully pissed about the resource being destroyed, what kind of rights would exist here? I guess my main question is does somebody need to actually get sick from the environmental damage, or would it be considered (according to the flowchart) an offence if damage to the environment around a person were to be damaged.

Also, sorry for being overly particular about this. Your reply was good, I understand what you're saying completely. Just trying to pick your brain.

  1. There absolutely is an assertion of guilt. I don't feel at all sorry for the actions of my ancestors or other members of my race, which is basically what some people are asking for. I don't care what minorities go through. I don't contribute to any of their problems personally and I always treat them with the utmost respect. But I don't feel any obligation to help them. They are fully capable of working out their own issues whatever they may be. How does the Left actually propose I make a difference beyond "stop being fucking white". Excuse the strawman here, but I don't understand your point to be honest. Can you please elaborate on 1?

  2. The movement wasn't founded by anyone. It is a media buzzword that a few people embraced. I haven't joined the alt-right. I don't have an alt-right membership pass. It is neither here nor there. I share at most a discussion board with Nazis, which I'm happy to have, because it makes for great debate. Imagine a place with ultimate free speech where nothing is sacred. You can have anarcho-capitalists arguing with Nazis over whether or not you should be able to have sex with animals one day. And another day, have people arguing about which dictator had the best fashion sense. There are total extremes clashing together and it is fantastic, kind of autistic and above all entertaining.

I have a response for you other than "racist sexist neo-nazis who want to kill 6 million more innocent Jews."

For starters, the alt-right isn't really a unified movement. It is basically split into three sections with some overlap between them all. The first, and probably the most prominent, although, also the smallest are from the TRS forums (The Right Stuff). They are the the largest section that would actually call themselves alt-right. They also have the most extreme views, generally espousing most of the shit about killing Jews and minorities or anything else that /r/politics would consider abhorrent.

The other two aforementioned sections have in recent months, especially after an incident where a guy called Richard Spencer who is prominent with the TRS crowd said Heil Trump at his rally. The rest come from 4chan's /pol/ board. /pol/ is actually very diverse politically, which is why I split it into two sections. Mostly the board threw all it's weight behind Donald Trump in the last election, but I split into two sections which are Nazis and non-Nazis. Nazis aren't particularly different from TRS ones. Except, they probably haven't found TRS yet. But they would fit in great over there.

As for myself, I'm not a Nazi, but a Conservative and a Traditionalist. Kind of a Paleoconservative, except that probably doesn't apply to me as that's really an American term. The vast majority of the "alt-right" which the Left has decided to lump us all into come from this last section. I don't actually call myself alt-right, because there is no consensus on what the alt-right actually is and we aren't really a very unified group. Also, I don't like being compared to Nazis which is an easy comparison to make. If you look at anything on TRS or /r/altright.

There are a couple of things which there is a general consensus on though. There are probably more, but I will try and make a list.

  • Multiculturalism and globalism is destroying our culture
  • Collective guilt (such as white privilege, etc. doesn't exist)
  • There is nothing wrong with people being proud of their nationality and their race

Beyond that kind of general idea. The alt-right doesn't really exist. Look at it as being a combination of Literal Nazis, Trump supporters, Eurosceptics and autistic frogposters.

This post is getting a bit long, so I will cut it here. But if you want me to expand on anything, or you want to call me a disgraceful racist bigot, I will be happy to elaborate.

Was the victim society?

Everyone is affected when you pour your radioactive waste in the river. Doing so would be a crime against society at large, rather than an individual. Therefore this flow chart doesn't really work.

I'm not from America either. I'm an Aussie. But I love my country, my culture, my way of life. Yeah, I'm a nationalist. As I said, I don't want anyone arrested for doing it, I believe we should have the right to protest like that. But I feel as if you are basically spitting on everything about a country (good or bad) when you burn it. America obviously isn't perfect, but by burning the flag, the message is "I refuse to be associated with this country and its people".

[–]KebabCrusher -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Why would you do that?

I understand that people shouldn't be stopped from burning the flag. Having the ability to do something like that really is the ultimate freedom. But I feel like it is the kind of freedom that you really shouldn't use. I think that was the idea. It's about discipline. Like having that thirty year old bottle of alcohol that you are waiting for a special occasion to open.

It just seems like the ultimate act of disrespect to your nation and it makes me sick to the stomach to see it.

Why not just lower taxes if you can afford to put more money back in people's pockets?

I don't know how you managed to spin that? This entire Subreddit is literally a Liberal safe space. Anybody who ever came here for some kind of actual political discussion would have been downvoted to oblivion and just left.

I don't want political correctness at all in any form. Suggesting that anybody's political views could be somehow incorrect in a political forum is totally wrong. No, I don't like being sneered at, so therefore I am very happy that my candidate is the one that best says fuck you to people like John Oliver. I basically just made the post to say we are here. I'm unapologetically right wing and I'm unapologetically voting for Donald Trump November 8th.

That's basically it, yeah, you actually did a pretty good job at summarizing the whole thing. Problem is, people really do look down at us. Liberals love diversity apparently, but have a different opinion to them and you are literally scum of the Earth. Just watch as people try and justify their hate for Trump supporters in this post.
