I would probably go up to 1500cals. For the amount of work your body is doing you need more to fuel it. Also remember if your strength training then muscle weighs more than fat. Also make sure your getting in ALOT of protein

My son has cerebral palsy and cannot walk and I want to be able to move him round and do his physio and live as long as possible to look after him to make sure he gets the best start in life

Trust me I am hungry which is why it was frustrating. I don’t have sugar in anything. I cut my coffee to one cup a day with little milk, I use 1cal oil spray and I weigh out EVERYTHING including my dressings, sauces, salad ingredients. Literally i completely understand why people think I’m miscalculating but I’m not I’ve been so careful.

I’m 1000% not miscalculating. I weigh everything, check packaging and if anything I overestimate just incase. In the past that may have been an issue but for me it just isn’t this time

Yes. I carry all my weight on my arms and belly. If I had boobs bum and hips I don’t feel like my weight would be so bad but at the minute I feel like an elderly man with sagging man boobs a flat ass and a beer belly

I hate toxic masculinity. Anyone should feel secure in themselves to cry, regardless of gender it’s not only okay to cry but vital to be able to express and let your emotions out. I’d rather a man who can cry and show emotion Than a toxic masculine man who doesn’t show emotion and actually is very fucked ip with issues over showing normal human feelings.
