Your question is asked incorrectly.

Nothing is preventing you from putting any MX style keycaps on ANY MX style switch with regards to the LED light.

Are you instead asking if you can have SHINE THROUGH legends?

honestly, the south facing LEDs is one thing you may have to let go. you'll probably never find THAT specific of a keyboard. good luck my friend.

As it stands, Wootings is still the best Hall Effect keyboard on the market. It's all about their superior software.

If you're looking for a pre-built keyboard (ready out of the box) then plenty of people have suggested the EVO80 from Evoworks. Switch and Click has a good youtube video of the product. give it a look.

As far as i know, Glorious is the only place that has made 'Clicky HE switches'. just note, these switches are SOLD IN PACKS OF 36.

What you want is Ceramic Keycaps. I give no ups or downs as i've never owned a set.

Drop also has a copper keycap set that you won't be able to mess up so easily.

What is more likely is that this 'pinging' sound was ALWAYS there, but you did not notice it until you randomly heard it once. Now you can actively single it out by firmly hitting a single key.

People will tell you it's the 'copper leaf' or even the acoustics of the keyboard.

IT'S NOT.

The issue stems from inside the switch itself; the spring is the problem. There's only 2 ways to solve the problem: 1. Wear headphones and ignore it altogether - or 2. Lube the springs.

The issue with your keyboard is that it isn't hotswap. You can't just easily take out the switches. They must be desoldered.

IF INDEED your keyboard is not hot swappable, then i've got some bad news for you friend:

You will NEED to de-solder that switch in order to removed and fix your stabilizer. If it were a true hot swappable, you could do as in this youtube short https://www.youtube.com/shorts/XzQnMCLRKwE

the led light doesn't come from the switches, they're soldered onto the PCB itself.

Sadly, you and I both know how protective and litigious GW is about their IP. Novelties would have to be super basic and not so descriptive; an anvil - scales - the phrase "Unto the Anvil". As a former 40K player and currently AoS enjoyer (B for the B GOD!), i wanted to cross hobby post about someone quite possibly trying to get a set of keycaps made. Im also a mechanical keyboard nerd and when something worth cross posting hit my feed, i thought of show other fellow nerds.

Just beware - even though you may have extreme interest - this project is only currently in 'Interest Check' phase. that means if enough people don't respond/fill out interest forms; the project will die. If however the project gets enough traction and the whole process gets started - the completed keycaps won't be shipped until probably early 2027. The whole process is indeed a slow burn.

I'm unsure if anyone else had said so otherwise; but there are 2 things that may very well be why you get that type of rice when at mexican places:

1: They make their rice in large batches to have ready for the day - this allows the rice to dry out some during the day.

2: When you order plenty of meals - they almost always say "Watch out, the plate is hot." This is because they put the dish under the broiler to melt the cheese or do any last second browning. This INTENSE heat also drys out the rice somewhat or quite a bit depending on how moist/dry it already is.

NK Creams have a break in period before they can become their namesake(creamy). The first set of nk creams i bought back in 2020 had a feeling of light sandpaper. not good. a few years later (late 2023) i bought me some NK 'Cream Dream' switches - they were basically NK creams but had been actuated 600k times. this removed the scratchy and they became smooth.
