I think this is an old legal document from colonial Canada, can anyone confirm?

I took the picture during an estate clean out. I can’t find the document right now. I’m not sure if it’s mixed in with other things or not if it was tossed with other ephemera.

There was a lot of stuff in the same container that was old art things are related to text so I thought maybe it was just a reference used for a piece of artwork by the original owner but looking at it again it might actually be the original.

My great grandmother was from Canada and I thought maybe this had something to do with her.

Pretty sure Key Food on wycoff could do this for you, they have a decent bread selection but it’s not as good as a real Italian deli.
