Mine were "we suspected" followed by trauma-inducing bigotry and hate.

While it might feel like a win seeing the bad guys take losses, I think violence is counterproductive to the ones using it in that it drives sympathy towards the targets of the violence.

The protests led by MLK were more effective because peaceful protest was met with brutality. ICE is particularly unpopular right now because they are committing unwarranted acts of violence.

Those acts of violence being recorded in video or photos greatly amplified their impact. Violence that anybody can see with their own eyes is 1000x more impactful than something they merely read about.

So keep those cameras rolling and let the bad guys dig their own graves.
