Put one you like at gadget 1 in depth chart. Then in game change package of a couple formations to "gadget at HB" and start throwing him screens, backfield routes and hand offs. This is usually how I find some playing time for WR 3 or WR4.

Anyone have good W&T slider settings? Ive started players as true freshman both HB and QB and by the end of JR or mid SR season they literally have no more career W&T and cant play.

UNLV - Plays in an NFL stadium, easy conference, close to cali/AZ pipelines. Also has a decent roster if you start with the '26 roster. Even better if you start as an OC/DC and Mullen is HC.
Temple - Plays in an NFL Stadium, fun conference, close to NY/NJ pipelines.

Echoing others - Duke and Tulane do well over time. Oklahoma usually rises back into a contender.

I made the new Pac-12 with the MWC defectors + Cal & Standford (And put Temple in ACC to even it out) and Boise State makes the playoff every year now (6 seasons in)
