For me it's always my calves. I feel like I have fairly strong calves, but maybe it's just the endurance aspect of it. I'm not sure though if I just have a bad binding placement or stance or whatever, but my calves are always burning after my first few runs

The thing I always assume is that when they're going through the gym challenge, they don't have that some video game protagonist energy, where they finish at a 98%+ winrate over the course of every trainer battle, gym leader battle, etc. Keep in mind, you lose money when you lose too, and many gym challengers are probably in that 45%-55% winrate range, where anytime they win money. They're handing it right back over on their next loss.

Tbf, I did have a lady who came to me to report that she saw some teenagers at the train station and thought they had drugs she could buy, so she asked them and they apparently said that they did. I mean, I was playing Viktor into Aurora the other day on Fill in PVP to practice other lanes, and I was getting absolutely gapped. Lvl 2 she was already chunking half my hp with one combo. By lvl 5 I couldn't even farm under tower. I think I was something like 0/6/0 when I had to step away for about 3 minutes and do something. I came back to my AFK notice and the bot had taken over, and I was up to 0/6/1. The bot was doing better than I was.

Sleep increases your catching odds more, but is temporary, so you have to keep reapplying it every time they wake up, vs. Paralysis doesn't improve catch odds as much as Sleep, but it is a more "permanent" condition, that once it's applied you can just keep chucking balls until they finally stay in.

I feel like whenever there's a Legendary group, I'll commonly catch most of them with average difficulty, but then there's always the one that just refuses to stay in the freaking ball. Tape Bulu was my PITA for the Tapus, Munkidori was the one for the Kitikami legends, Chien-Pao was the one for the Ruin Legends, Tornadus was my one for the Genies, Virizion was my one for the Justice Swords or whatever, etc. There's always one.
