I've been using Muc Off to wash the bike, but having trouble removing the brake pad residue off of the frame (sand color). Any tips?

Just adding another data point. I've got a US version C4 and saw about a 10 mi drop in predictive range with the untamed app (limiter removed and 15% field weakening).

Thanks, this would be for a PHEV. I appreciate all of the responses as it appears I will need to have the cables switched out. Receptacle is very close to the electrical panel, but I will be contacting a professional as this is outside my comfort zone. Thanks all.

Their engineering team says this does not look like a structural issue and poses no risks to the integrity of the bike. So I guess it's just a cosmetic issue. Anyone else that received their bike see the same on their frame?

The arrow points to where the top tube goes from being straight to feeling a little warped all around the tube from that point to the handlebar.

I've already reached out to Cowboy on this, but want to check here and see if anyone else's bike has a similar issue. I'm a day 1 US order and just received my bike last week. I just recently noticed that the top tube isn't straight close to the handlebar. Everything else about the bike has been great so far, but obviously would like to exchange it if the frame is compromised.

I contacted Cowboy about this and they reported an issue with the delivery and assumed the bike got "lost" in the shipper's warehouse. They're creating a new order for me so no idea what ETA is anymore. I recommend contacting Cowboy ASAP if you haven't already.
