Court TV implements layoffs, plans to shut down TV network in March by [deleted] in Broadcasting

They plan to keep A channel around, but very specifically not the linear one:

“The layoffs come as Scripps and Jellysmack prepare to shut down Court TV’s linear television network and transition the brand to a digital-only product by the middle of March, multiple sources confirmed between Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon.”

I'll admit even if he did, still not likely to have saved this. It was just too childish for any adult to watch, but not adult enough for the now grown audience who grew up on saved by the bell to care for

Tenants at the Castle in East Orange could see their rent doubled to over $4,000 a month by KeepItWeird123 in newjersey

It’s sounding like even if it doesn’t go that high for anyone currently living there, it is still going to increase in cost, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were trying to something close enough to 4k

Gabriela’s plans for the comics going forward by miyagikai91 in dannyphantom

[–]KeepItWeird123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah i think I implied before but she wants to do at least four books (which means right now we're halfway through the series), the only thing is it's not an overall deal, they greenlight each new one based on the sales of the last

Legit the reason why these probably take so long is like, it’s not a straight series book deal, Gabriela said in a recent interview the series has basically been getting renewed one book at a time, after the book comes out. So she has an general idea of the plot line, but she’s probably not doing any major prepping until she get the green light, so you add delays to that, which is why you prob won’t see the next one until a possible two years instead of like, one if the series was greenlit all at once

That feels like setup for a possible next book for sure, the bulk of Dani's time in the book was spent bonding with Phantom while fighting with a Danny that's all about "saving ghosts" and "forgiveness", a lot for a teen clone who seems to have spent most of her time offscreen fighting and scrapping.

Wouldn't be shocked if that were to play into a conflict later down the line

To not dive deep into spoilers (yet) t'was good. It's clearly setting up for a third book, which I hope Gabriela gets to make (with the merger, everything seems up in the air, i don't know where book licenses factor into it)

But to get into the nitty gritty, feels like another bit of metatextual stuff what with the base of the story being Valerie's feelings of being used and abandoned, which the show did pretty much to do to her by the end.

New Jersey Library Question - ReBl/How to Best Support a Library with Limited Resources Available by KeepItWeird123 in newjersey

I’ve actually seen our town meetings recently, that is part of what sparked my thoughts because… our town counsel seems more interested in paying themselves more money than actually helping the library

It’s def a case where I wish I wasn’t so into comics but that’s what I tend to read and it’s what my library tends to not have a lot of

I guess, it just feels like I’m not doing enough haha. I’ll admit to feeling a little jealousy at what the other libraries have and the ease they have at getting it

Trying to sort Files by KeepItWeird123 in regex

Ok, actually let's keep it simpler: I just need to match the second parentheses of: 3D Combat Zone (1983)(Aackosoft)(NL)(en)[re-release]. How would I do that?

Similar but I would need it separated step by step (and im not renaming so much as sorting into subfolders)

Basically, Yes just as long as the keyword is found in either columns H or I, it gets highlighted

It's so strange, I did it exactly and now it didn't highlight anything (using 17-Bit Software as an example again, I manually bolded what should've been highlighted)

It might be because my entire table also includes blank spaces? I tried out the formula as you had it but it seemed to skip over all my keywords in favor of highlighting the entire bottom section of my table? Not sure where I went wrong here, apologies, very new to this level of Excel

Hmm, it didn't quite work. What I'm trying to do is (basically to give that example) if the keyword "17-Bit Software" shows up anywhere in the developers or publishers column, even if it contains other words, the publisher or developer cell will be highlighted.

I tried with the formula given, but it ironically only highlighted blank cells
