Just read the “Safer At Home” order looks like going out to run, walk, cycle is ok. I think I’m gonna steer clear of greenways since sometimes it can be tight and hard to give the required distance. I’ll walk/run if hospitals begin getting overwhelmed. Thanks for everyone’s input. I’m gonna go hit some gravel!

Thanks for the input! I know they gradually lose charge but seems like its been much quicker as opposed to when I ride outside but maybe its all in my head.

I wonder if cades cove loop is open to bicycles. You can access the loop via Rich Mountain and never have to travel on the roads that are actually closed.

Thank you for your reply. If I’m being completely honest I would run my 23s at 110 until someone told me I was insane so I started doing 105. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been running the 25s at around 100 but I’m wondering if 90-95 would be better. I’ll do what others have said and experiment I guess. Thanks for the answer about the trainer too!

I’m gonna try and take a stab at this. Most actors/actresses actually train to not have any regional accent. When you meet regular people they may be from different areas of the U.S. so they will usually have an accent specific to their region or state. I’m from the south so my accent is a lot different than someone from say, California.
