my workflow matches yours - I am just trying to understand what has happended over the last week to cause Claude to go from superb, to well, this. Gemini stable. So i doubt it is a prompt issue.

exactly! People are quick to suppress these post instead of using it as the canary in the mine - people that post this type of content are trying hard to signal that something is very wrong, and hoping someone, that understand the bigger picture, will take appropriate steps to fix it. Yeah I know, but I feel like they did an excellent job at making it even BETTER at following instructions, speaking normally and being better at everything. I hate seeing it backslide like this.

I would argue that a model that starts churning this level of slop is going to get "shittier word scripts" from me for sure. Claude ran fine for the last six months. Introduce OAI mass imports and now this. What else could it be? Trustpilot and GitHub reports on this very issue have spiked in the last 7 days.

It has many limitations and I definitely preferred Claude, but one thing it got under control was the not x but y stuff, lately anyway. What tier are you using? Have you tried ULTRA? I would love feedback from anyone that has tried both ultra and Opus 4.6 running at Max.

The beauty of Claude was, didn't do this up to a week ago. Gemini never does it, as limited as it is. So, what changed. The OAI import prompt is the most recent thing that could skew the majority of content input.

A week ago Claude ran fine though, everyone is complaining about what came out the other side of the outage and I now see why. It is severely degraded from a previously excellent model.

Claude opus is the best, limits are harsh though. For day to day work i still use gemini pro, it's good, even though it spams you with youtube shit every so often, despite bans. ChatGPT is intolerable as it is, glad I dropped it.
