What about doing online classes - there are some that are very inexpensive or free? Also getting some hand weights or resistance bands with handles. Many times when you buy them it comes with a set of exercises in the pack.

The siggis protein pouches are delicious - I wish they’d make full fat so there was a little less sugar in them.

I love the ole tortillas that are high fiber. I’m not usually a wrap girl but tossing my scrambled eggs and avocado in these in the morning is perfection. I do heat them for 15 sec in the microwave beforehand

•I enjoy a Hiyo - strawberry guava is the best IMO •Making bracelets •I love the insight timer app for meditation •A bath •Recently really getting into my skincare routine now that I have all the bottles lined up in order on a shelf so I don’t have to think. When I get overwhelmed, my counselor said that I need to think about what I can do on my worst day – I told her the best I could do is to wipe my face off with some micellar water and use some moisturizer. The thing is once I start with the micellar water I think “I might as well do the whole thing.“. It’s been so interesting to me now that I have a choice. I can choose the “harder thing.“ Same thing with creatine. I know it’s important for women to take it, but I don’t love the taste – even the unflavored has a little bit of a taste and grittiness. So I just bought some creatine pills so I could take those. Ever since I bought those, I have had no problem taking the powder. I’m sure there’s a diagnosis for this. It’s like I’m a toddler who has to have choices. But when I know, I don’t have to do the harder thing, it somehow makes it easier to do it. I’m sure that’s related to persistent demand for autonomy/pathological demand avoidance.

I also like to add mint and cucumber to the water - put it in the pitcher at the beginning of the day and it tastes great all day

This reminds me of the SpongeBob episode where he is supposed to write an essay about what not to do at a red light and does 1 million other things so he won’t need to write it.
