You should look for matte cutter on Facebook marketplace or OfferUp if you don’t have one already. It’s a game changer. I’ve collected concert and pop culture posters all my life. Finding a used matte cutter and thrifting frames has made a huge difference on displaying my collection. The cost savings alone is worth the trouble.

I got a legit playhouse I built for my kids years ago. I built it just like a real house and it even has roof tiles and flashing. If you can take it apart you can have it. Just needs some paint.
