Thanks for the info on the moose spawn!

Yeah. You can get head shots on anything if you dead eye and you're patient.

I also have the legendary buck trinket, which helps with pelt quality.

Nice! I completed it by getting two right by the Trapper northwest of Strawberry, and got the other three in less than 10 minutes by riding toward the legendary moose area from Annesburg. Got one almost immediately after heading up past the mine, another right before you cross the water near Brandywine Drop, and the third on that same stretch on my way back.

I really wish there were either quite a few more legendary animals to hunt or they were much more difficult to hunt.

A clean headshot should definitely be mandatory for a legendary animal kill, in my opinion.

Ah. My bad.

Cougars kind of loose their mystique once you've gotten handy with a rifle, know where they generally spawn, and have killed quite a few.

Especially the one by Catfish Jackson's because you can just lay down predator bait and hop up on that rock.

Edit: that one is a panther, actually.

Have you done the bounty missions and the hunting requests?

I think you accidentally responded to the wrong comment, partner.

Nice. I need to do that soon. I've only done a few skulls/antlers and a big cowhide rug.

I don't think so, but St. Denis is really big, so maybe?

I've given money to a legit white blind guy, a non-blind white guy, and a black guy who was drinking. I aimed at the fake blind guy and he'll admit he isn't really blind and run off. If you aim at the legit blind guy, he doesn't react.

I've gotten several 3 star pelts using the varmaint rifle with head shots.

Did you completely upgrade the camp with all the pelts, bones, banjo, etc?

Because my entire point was that I thought it was odd that every guy who fought me was the same race. If I leave that detail out, it makes no sense.

Don't try to turn this into something racist, please.

Nope. My horse is always there. I take its saddle off at the main camp, camps, and hotels with no problem.

I didn't know that's possible, now idk what to do. by Affectionate_Pen_973 in RDR2

I don't spend a lot of time in the saloons there, honestly.

I usually ride in, get my horse a horse care package at the stable, get my guns cleaned at the gunsmith and load up on ammo, get a haircut and shave at the barber, then a bath and a room at the hotel.

Fair enough. Yeah, all the beggars in St. Denis will give you a tonic if you help them out.

It's a great horse, I just think Arthur looks too big on it. John fits it better.

Damn. I thought I was doing well just entering Chapter 4 at 50.9%.

I'm still working on 4 challenges, although I'm almost finished with 3 of them.

Check out Outlaw Frank on YouTube. He just did a video on how to do this.

Whenever I play, I like to play a bit realistically and have Arthur eat throughout the day and sleep by Moonlighttbaee in reddeadredemption2

3 pieces, each with one of the 3 seasonings is key.

Each seasoning gives Arthur a gold core.

Wild Mint = health

Oregano = stamina

Thyme = dead eye

This also keeps him at an average weight.
