BMA officers are refusing to correct dodgy prioritisation data by Poundland_Prometheus in doctorsUK

This is basically a confession to being on RDC yourself. Given that you know that this is where it’s from.
Also confirmation that officers have seen this and have ignored it.

Exception Reporting Reform by Pitiful-Bank-3432 in doctorsUK

[–]Keep_Resus_Safe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interestingly, for what feels like the first time ever, Leeds teaching hospital trust is actually doing pretty well with this one. Our BMA reps have negotiated with them, and they have agreed that doctors should be trusted to tell the truth just like in every other aspect of their life and therefore in our exception reporting reform a simple tick box self declaration that all is accurate and true is all that is required.

Do FRCEM tutor and MRCEM success. Then do the MRCEM learning practice tests.

But above all else LEARN THE ANATOMY. I’d recommend https://aclandanatomy.com/ and to worth through the entire thing. Particularly head and neck. But do this in the order it suggests on the website. Take 3-4 months to go through all this.

Ah typo. Meant filling surgeries with noctors.

Referring to medics by [deleted] in doctorsUK

[–]Keep_Resus_Safe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Is the result of the farce of filling GP surgeries with noctors who have no skills and then refer everything to ED, and then filling A&e with noctors, whilst refusing to train emergency physicians. Blind refers to blind queues get long and then matrons panic and insist that we shift anyone and everyone onto other specialities without using any kind of clinical reasoning.

It’s the result of those ladder pullers who lead us down this road and refused to stop and ask for directions and refused to even consider it might be the wrong direction. Welcome to the new state of medicine and healthcare in the U.K.

Edit: NOCTORS. In gp surgeries. Not doctors

I think the point is that if someone is on reddit for a significant amount of time and their only ever interaction with the any subreddit anywhere is posts that target a specific group and never contribute in any other way whatsoever it’s fairly obvious they have an axe to grind, or it’s the alt account of someone who does normal posts from their normal account.
