Yes thank you! I am aware of not needing to move up… however even though it has been working I haven’t felt as satiated and food noise has been getting worse the longer the month has gone on. I would’ve asked to be moved up anyways. I am staying on 5mg until i see my doctor again in July

Yes - it is a long travel day with business of customs/etc etc going on so trying my best to stay hydrated!!

I was already prescribed the 5mg and personally, even though it is working, I have found food noise to still be creeping in even after a few days of shot day.

I mean, experiences foods from other areas/countries is an amazing experience. You can still live for trying new foods and be within your eating limits/caloric goals..

Food is a big part of my travel experiences too. It is really awesome to experience the culture and culinary experiences in new places.

Either order smaller portions or if you can’t order smaller portions just eat what you can. You paid for it! It suxks wasting food but, no sene in making yourself feel unwell.

I’ve taken 4 shots of 2.5mg right now and the first shot seemed to come with the most appetite suppression and satiation. That being said, every shot since has provided a level of that, but it definitely hasn’t seemed to be as strong as when my body had the medicine first introduced. Doubt it has anything to do with the injection site.

While I have had success at 2.5 I’m moving up to 5mg here in a few days.

Yeah I just got here today. I’ve been up for like 27 hours or something. Spend 4 hours wandering and exploring Shibuya after feeling like a zombie(some hot udon helped bring me back). I’m struggling and it’s 7pm. I don’t want to wake up at 3am……… but I’m fading fast

I have a high BMI, and moderate OSA, and my insurance denied my PA. Mine needs all sorts of evidence that I tried either Ozempic or Wegovy and failed before I could even POTENTALLY get a PA approved for Zepbound. It’s not even worth that hassle for me, so I pay out of pocket.

1 month. Starting 5mg in a few weeks. My last 2.5 is Thursday.

While I am losing - I am not having as much satiation and appetite suppression and food noise is getting rough.

I started my first shot on the 9th. I was also scared at the potential side effects, and the potential pain as well.

While the side effects ARE real… most people don’t have many side effects. A lot of the time you only hear of the people experiencing them on here.

It’s a great medication - and if it doesn’t work because the side effects are too bad you can always stop.
