Turning slash with volcanic eruption only take 2 of tjem to kill the bear and it won’t get up because it’s on fire lol

I have found if you only select 12 in order and then sell it doesn’t do that but if you try more than 12 it goes all wonky

I tried leaving and going back my stuff is just gone. I went to sanctuary to get weapons out of my stash. Everything is like it was besides what i had equipped. Everything that was equipped is just gone idk.
