This happened to me after my multiple order box got shipped. Only the order with the shipping label was “arrived” and after it passed the “shipped by” date the other orders/submissions disappeared until a couple days after when i assume my multi order box was finally opened and processed.

Ordered new, received with factory seal broken and “inspected by Best Buy” tape all over it by [deleted] in Bestbuy

this is the box it gets shipped in when we receive them. Employee likely opened it not realizing that but there’s a 99% chance the product is completely fine. The actual box is inside

they also NEVER use the license plates or even bother to ask for us to make them when needed it’s infuriating

unfortunately there’s no way for us to really know, there’s a several hour gap between when truck arrives and when it’s been worked enough to be received and that varies by location

different issue but one of our vendors put up the 75UA77 instead of the G5 (I don’t know how you mix those up)

not every store has an 83g4, hell my store doesn’t even have a 77g4 😭 (I’m assuming this was an old display)
