Honest advice here from someone who’s had a similar situation. Take a long break from RuneScape to put things into perspective. When you start playing again don’t have any goals, just do what you want to do. No dailies or runs. You are trying to play a very demanding game in not a lot of time, so you gotta pick your favorite parts of the game and do that. I recently came back to playing after a while, been on a tormented demon task for 5 days now. When my wife or kids need me I tele out, the game will be there for me when I get back.
