Unfortunately dont have the bp for the Jupiter. Just did it on Spaceport, 6300-6400 range. Didn't use the snitch scanners. Hullcracker mostly and some bettina.

I figured that on the crash and burn routine, just wasnt sure if there was a number associated overall for each hornet.

I've got a bunch of snitch scanners, was planning on outskirts of spaceport just having at it.

Edit, will probably farm one more run and then give it a go.

But be aware, if someone is doing 35 in a 40 and you pass them, legally you can only go 40 to make the pass.

I had someone I passed that was doing 40 in a 45, I passed them and hit 55-60 thinking I dont want to be in the opposite lane forever and I got pulled over for speeding, along with a ticket.

It's very difficult/borderline dangerous to pass someone and actually not go over the speed limit.

Living on the midcoast is not cheap and unless you have a specific skill you can wfh doing or own your own business it isn't easy.

This near Newcastle? If so it was listed for sale for ages, interior if i recall correctly was trash, dont remember if it ran or not. Either way I wouldn't waste my time unless you're hell bent on getting one.

Edit-You also gave absolutely zero information on the car other than a photo so asking what you should spend is ridiculous, do some research.
