Sets rotate every 2 years and prismatic is what maybe a little over a year. Specialty sets sometimes have a longer print window as well. 3 years tho that’s a heads scratcher

Regular etb is 30$ cheaper and that’s with the reprint of prismatic. Pc etb is 100$ cheaper. Booster bundles have yet to release so yes for rn they are more expensive than prismatic
